Decorative Timber Beams and Posts ARE a Wonderful Choice.

Do you have a conventionally framed house but wish you had a timber frame? Adding decorative timbers to your conventionally framed house is a wonderful option. Consider timber ceiling beams for your kitchen area.

Ceiling beams and corner posts in your dining room is another idea. If you have a cathedral ceiling in your great room, that is a perfect place for a heavy timber truss. Decorative timbers are bolted to your framing and we can figure out the best way to handle that.

How about our modified king post? Shown below in beautiful douglas fir, just gorgeous. Notice how this king post design sits higher in the space, creating extra height (and more complex engineering)!
