Vermont Timber Works custom designs, engineers and hand crafts heavy timber roof trusses. We work on all kinds of projects from residential great rooms to churches to hotels, horse barns, commercial buildings and more! While all our timber trusses look decorative, most are actually structural and carry heavy roof loads.
We use traditional mortise and tenon joinery held with hardwood pegs and decorative steel plate connections with heavy bolts. Steel joinery is available (Teddy Bears are EXTRA).
